Jennifer Walther, MA

 

Jennifer has over 15 years experience in the Family and Child welfare field. As the Director of Accreditation for the premier International child welfare accrediting body, Jennifer has provided Expertise on quality services for children and families to over 2,000 organizations, both domestically and internationally. Working Closely with executives and government officials, Ms. Walther has Assisted in the development and implementation of best practice Standards for the child welfare, family counseling, employee Assistance, and financial management and debt counseling field.

 

Ms. Walther's abilities to build consensus, problem solve, and mediate Led to successful reviews of over 1,000 organizations. She led Strategic planning sessions, trained government and private Organization executives, and implemented quality improvement processes.

 

She has contributed to various family and child welfare publications, presented at national conferences, and has consistently advocated for quality services for Families and children. It is her unique ability to anticipate the needs of families sometimes before they even realize a need exists that sets Jennifer apart from other mediators.

 

Ms. Walther received her undergraduate degree from The American University, Washington, D.C. and her graduate degree in criminal Justice from the John Jay School of Criminal Justice. . Jennifer is also a member of the Association of Conflict Resolution and the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York. Jennifer resides in Manhattan with her husband and two children.
