For over 20 years, Robert Stachura has helped families throughout the mid-Atlantic achieve peace of mind for their financial future as a Certified Financial Planner™. His expertise has allowed his clients to preserve and protect their investments, through a range of trying personal, financial and economic times, including divorce. Robert brings the same level of experience and passion for successful results to his practice as a family law financial partner. A Certified Divorce Financial Planner, Robert is fully skilled in assessing both short and long term implications of financial decisions, analyzing options for the division of marital assets and making recommendations that are based on a comprehensive review of each unique situation. Robert’s experience coupled with the most recent tools enable the highest level of analysis.

 

In addition to his basic training, Mr. Stachura completed advanced training in QDRO formulation, pension valuation, the financial analyst in divorce mediation, preparation of financial exhibits and executive compensation. This knowledge enhances his ability to assist family law practitioners in creating client-centered financial solutions .

 

A father, who has personally experienced divorce, Robert's first priority is his family. He realizes he is not alone in this priority. His role as a Certified Divorce Financial Planner allows him to help others going through the challenge of divorce maximize their assets and secure their own financial future as well as that of their families - equitably.

 

Mr. Stachura has been quoted in various publications, a guest speaker for radio and a frequent speaker at Columbia University in New York.

 

An avid sailor, Robert lives in Severna Park, Maryland near the U.S. Naval Academy.
